- Clean Thoroughly: Dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, and mop floors. Ensure windows and mirrors are streak-free for

better light and clarity.

- Turn on All Lights: Replace burnt-out bulbs and turn on every light (including lamps and under-cabinet lighting) for a

bright and welcoming atmosphere.

- Open Curtains and Blinds: Let in natural light by opening all curtains and blinds.

Kitchen

- Clear countertops of everything except decorative items or appliances (like a coffee maker).

- Remove dish racks, soap, sponges, and cleaning products.

- Hide trash bins and pet food bowls.

- Ensure appliances are clean and polished.

Living and Dining Areas

- Arrange furniture neatly and symmetrically for a clean, spacious look.

- Remove personal items, magazines, and pet toys.

- Add tasteful decorations like flowers or a bowl of fruit on dining tables.

- Fluff and arrange pillows on couches.

Bedrooms

- Make beds neatly with wrinkle-free linens.

- Clear nightstands of personal items (e.g., books, phones, chargers).

- Tidy up closets if they will be visible in the photos.

Bathrooms

- Close toilet lids and hide trash bins.

Exterior

- Mow the lawn and trim hedges.

- Sweep driveways, porches, and patios.

- Remove vehicles from driveways and in front of the property.

- Hide garden tools, hoses, and trash bins.

- Add small touches like potted plants or a clean welcome mat.

Special Notes
