You don’t have to be present for the shoot, but we’ll make sure everything is taken care of seamlessly! Here’s how the process works:

1. Before the Shoot: We’ll confirm all the details, including the property’s access instructions (e.g., lockbox code, key location) and any specific features you'd like us to highlight.

2. During the Shoot: Our professional team will arrive on time and capture all necessary interior, exterior, and optional aerial or virtual staging shots. We follow a detailed checklist to ensure nothing is missed.

3. After the Shoot: You’ll receive the edited photos and media within 48 hours, ready to use for your listings or marketing materials.
